TCP Launches New Workforce Campaign: “Tomorrow’s Branson”

In a recent effort to engage young people in the local workforce, the Taney County Partnership launched a digital campaign, “Tomorrow’s Branson,” to highlight available jobs right here in our community.

The campaign targets young people between the ages of 15 and 24, located within a radius encompassing Taney County and spanning north toward Springfield and south to Harrison, Arkansas. All social media content for “Tomorrow’s Branson” directs to a landing page that is comprised of local job postings. Similar to OnPoint, this campaign strives to be a valuable resource to those seeking employment in the community; the primary difference is the focus on young people transitioning into the workforce.

Social Media Campaign

This campaign is live on Facebook and Instagram and features organic social media content as well as paid promotions. The content shared to both platforms has a “look” that is all its own and differs from that of the Taney County Partnership and OnPoint.

At this time, our paid advertisements and organic content have a combined reach of nearly 24,800 social media users throughout the aforementioned geographical locations.

Local Response

So far, “Tomorrow’s Branson” has received exponentially positive feedback: requests from local employers to be included in our efforts, interaction on social media posts, and many clicks to job postings from our landing page.

Soon, we will be able to start gauging more definitively the success of this campaign by consulting with participating businesses to note the effect on their applicant pool for vacant jobs. Additional components of this initiative are in the works, and we will be implementing them soon!

How to Be Involved

Find and connect with “Tomorrow’s Branson” on both Facebook and Instagram, and be sure to share our content with your friends—whether young people seeking jobs or employers searching for great workers.
