We’re seeking passionate Cooks to join our team at Roadhouse 165. As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for crafting exceptional dishes that tantalize the taste buds of our customers, working alongside a talented team of culinary professionals to bring our menu to life. From perfectly seasoned entrees to mouthwatering desserts, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills while delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

Essential Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and temperature guidelines.
  • Adhere to daily par sheets for appropriate levels of food preparation.
  • Label and date all food items and store them in proper containers and storage areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including equipment and work areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.


  • Currently have food handler certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience preparing food in a restaurant/commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
