Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell discounted vacation packages.
  • Persuade customers through proven sales techniques to purchase packages in exchange for attending a tour of the company’s resort.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout each call.
  • Track and report daily sales and confirmed packages.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales environment desired.
