Job Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and/or deploying applications and related information technologies. In addition, they are responsible for the establishment, development, and promotion of standard architectures, as well as hardware and software components. This role provides consulting services regarding how to integrate information technologies into clinical and business processes and the effective application of industry and organizational technology standards. Specifically, this role focuses on the Identity and access management (IAM) team and performs identity and access management along with information security functions to support operations. Functions include the integration of applications and data sources into standard IAM management process and tools.
The IT Systems Analyst will be the UKG Kronos System Administrator of Dimensions and is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and building technical aspects of UKG Dimensions. The analyst will work with Human Resources and nursing departments to provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining UKG Dimensions.
Key responsibilities of a UKG Dimensions Administrator:
Manage cloud-based Dimensions timekeeping, advance scheduling, basic scheduling, among other components. Technical support: Work with other UKG IT Systems Analysts to provide technical support and respond to operational support incidents System administration: Build and maintain audit controls for system access, help implement pay rule policies, accrual policies, end-user access, and reporting. Design and build advanced scheduling to implement for healthcare departments. Maintain integrations with Workday and other systems. Ensure data governance. Follow standard support operating procedures for maintaining UKG software. Provide guidance to other IT Systems Analysts supporting Dimenions.
Preferred qualifications.:
– Strong knowledge and experience supporting UKG Dimensions Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
– Experience building advanced schedules based upon hospital standards and department needs.
– Ability to understand and modify integrations with UKG Dimensions. Employee data file, payroll time files, etc
Job Requirements
Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, healthcare, business, or comparable discipline
Experience
Required: 1-3 years of IT related work experience
Skills
Monitoring the effectiveness of applications and related information technologies in meeting user requirements.
Modification of applications as needed to meet user requirements.
The definition and development of reports, performing application upgrades, resolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications and related information technologies.
Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies.
Quality control of all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers.
Maintaining an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area(s) of responsibility, communication and documentation of all relevant items and activities.
